Life can be so busy, and the last thing to go is typically our health! I mean, who has the time to figure out healthy meals when the kids have sports, you need to do a ton of errands, clean the house and never ind getting to the gym! Well sister, I hear you! Which is why I have gathered some of my favourite recipes for you all in one place! These are not only simple to prepare, but super healthy and OMG yummy! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! 


  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut or almond butter

  • 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 1-2 Tablespoons warm water, or more as needed

Slice in Half with a sharp knife, or serve whole! Dip and enjoy!


  • 10 rice paper wraps

  • 1 large carrot, peeled and finely diced

  • 1 large cucumber,finely diced

  • 1/2 of a large red, orange or yellow pepper, julienned

  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • handful fresh cilantro (and/or mint, basil)

  • 1 cup of sliced lettuce

  • 1 cup of chicken sliced, or smoked salmon or shrimp
